Shipping
We will provide free ground shipping for any purchase over $50.00 as long as the ship-to address is with the lower 48 US states, and will ship your item(s) by FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS, whichever is least costly or most appropriate. Should you wish to receive your merchandise more quickly, we will use expedited shipping as you specify at additional cost to you.
Orders from other areas will be charged for shipping, and the buyer will be responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the receiving country.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from H2O Gear Express, you may return the new, unused item within 30 days of your date of purchase, and we will refund your money, less the shipping and handling cost, or provide a replacement. Returns must be in the original packaging and include all of the tags, packing material, manuals, CDs, etc. Returns not in salable condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Just call us for a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA), repack your item with a copy of your sales receipt, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to us. If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper, and send you a replacement quickly.
Exchanges
If you get your purchase and find that it is not the right size, or the color is not what you expected, you can return it to us within 30 days for exchange for a like item, and we will pay the shipping of the new item back to you. Just call for an RMA, and ship the item back as described above.
Even if you have used the item once or twice, and find that it is just not right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days in exchange for a like item. Call for an RMA, repack the item with tags, packing materials, etc., and return it to us. Item must be in “like new” condition. Damaged items will be refused.
Stuff that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns of swimwear, mouthpieces, or snorkels for reasons of hygiene.
